Other Things To Note Section: 

 

» Must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation

» ID will be required upon booking 

» No pets allowed (except for ADA-compliant service dogs)

» No smoking allowed

» Parties and events are prohibited

» Please note we don't provide beach towels

» The condo is in a quiet community so please be mindful of making noise, especially between the hours of 10 PM - 8 AM

» Maximum occupancy is 11

» Easy check-in is available in the lobby of the building. Building staff and security is on duty 24/7 should any issues arise.

 

Guest Access Section: 

Prior to your arrival, you will be given instructions on how to collect your keys from the building lobby. You will be able to enjoy the entire 2300 sq ft condo and the building amenities. Please note that the owner’s closet is off limits.

 

Getting Around Section: 

The resort is in a lively area of Orange Beach so getting around is easy. Bringing or renting a car is highly recommended for the utmost convenience but ridesharing services like Uber or Lyft are also available. Walking and biking are also a great option for traveling short distances.

 

The Neighborhood: 

Our condo unit is located in an upscale community by the ocean. It’s a quiet, family-friendly area with many amenities at your disposal. For times when you want to leave the resort and explore the nearby areas––shopping centers, restaurants, and other attractions are just a short distance away.
