We've compiled answers to the most common inquiries we receive, from property amenities and booking processes to local recommendations and pet policies. Our goal is to ensure you have all the information you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay.

  • Sure! As long as the property is cleaned and ready - just reach out the morning of arrival and we'll let you know if it’s available for a complimentary early check-in!

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow any parties - this policy is strictly enforced.

  • We love animals but we've decided to make The Oasis at Turquoise Place a pet-free home to avoid animal-related damages to the property. However, we allow ADA-compliant service dogs. Please get in touch with us if that is the case for you.

  • No - Smoking is prohibited, in the condo, on the balcony, and all spaces at the resort.

  • 48-hours prior to arrival, you’ll receive check-in instructions via the platform you booked. Follow the instructions closely for a seamless check-in experience.

  • Every unit is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, and we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. We use safe, non-toxic cleaning products. If, for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with a cleaning, just reach out and we'll make it right!

  • No. Our homes are rented exclusively for the purpose of providing a safe and comfortable environment to call home for your entire stay.

  • From the time of booking to check-out, we’ll be in contact with you and available anytime something is needed. We’ve hand-curated an amazing list of neighborhood recommendations provided prior to check-in so you can maximize your experience. If there's anything else you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • There are 6 portable chairs in the unit, but you can rent from the beach service. Beach chair & Umbrella rentals are available for purchase onsite. These amenities are provided by a separate company located on the beach. Their contact information is as follows:

  • Our TV's are Google smart TV's and are equipped with all popular streaming services for use with your own account.
